Shipping policy
Please note we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Reshipments and/or refunds will be made at our discretion after a claim has been filed with FedEx or USPS.
We have a strict 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after the purchase delivery date to request a return. To start a return, please email hello@writtenceremony.com with your order information. The returned items must be in their original packaging and returned in a resalable condition. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. When shipping your return, make sure to include the original invoice. Unless noted as a bespoke or pre-order, products will be shipped within three business days. We want you to love your purchases as much as we love creating them, so you can always contact us for any return questions at hello@writtenceremony.com.
We will do our best to get your orders out as soon as possible. However, please allow up to two business days for your product to ship. Orders must be placed by 10 a.m. EST to be considered for same-day shipping.
BESPOKE ORDERS: Once you complete and place your order, within two business days, we will email you a PDF proof to review before the designs go to print. Please validate that the information and selections are correct on the proof, as we will not be responsible for any changes after that. The turnaround time for custom stationery is approximately four to six weeks from proof approval plus shipping.
