Refund policy

We have a strict 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after the purchase delivery date to request a return.  To start a return, please email hello@writtenceremony.com with your order information. The returned items must be in their original packaging and returned in a resalable condition. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. When shipping your return, make sure to include the original invoice. Damages

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Custom products (special orders, bespoke or personalized items) are not eligible for refund or return. 

Refunds 

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you to confirm if the above conditions have been met. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, less a 15% restocking fee. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
